Sound familiar?
Who buys what?
Five people in the supermarket, three packs of pasta, no butter. And the shop at the resort costs twice as much.
Everyone eats differently
A vegetarian, a nut allergy, two kids who only eat pasta — and you're the one who has to remember it all.
Settling up at the end
Receipts in three different pockets and a spreadsheet nobody wants to open on the drive home.
Everything for the chalet, in one place
The week’s menu, together
Breakfasts, packed lunches for the slopes, the raclette night: plan each meal and lock the menu once the group agrees.
One shopping list with quantities
Generated from the menu and scaled to who is there for each meal. Everyone claims what they’ll buy and ticks it off in the shop.
A fair cooking rota
Cooking and washing-up shared by availability, so the same two people don’t spend the week in the kitchen.
Expenses split automatically
Everyone logs what they paid, Foodcrew works out who owes whom at the end of the week.

Questions from ski groups
Do the other participants need to pay or create an account?
No. They join with the invite link for free, fill in their allergies and preferences, and see the menu, the shopping list and the rota.
We are 10 in the chalet. What do I pay?
A one-off Trip Pack at €4.99 lifts the 6-person limit for your trip. No subscription, nothing renews.
Can we print everything before we leave?
Yes. The menu, the shopping list and the cooking rota export to PDF or CSV, and expenses to a PDF report. Print them before you drive up and stick them on the chalet fridge, or keep the files on your phone for spots with no signal.
Can it handle raclette or fondue quantities?
Yes. Add the meal and the shopping list is scaled to the number of people eating that evening.
